Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg for a 13-week assignment.
The shift is from 07:00 to 19:00, working 12 hours per shift.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
An RN license is required for this position.
Certifications in BLS and NIH are mandatory.
The position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients.
Patient ratios are typically 6:1, up to 7:1.
The unit consists of 22 beds.
Telemetry equipment will be used in this role.
Candidates should be flexible and able to float as a second nurse in Tele and Emergency Department when needed.
This position may require working every other weekend.
The ideal candidate should be family-oriented and have experience with common surgical diagnoses and treatments.
