Description:
Seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a short-term acute care facility.
Ideal candidates will float between units as needed.
Weekend shifts are required, with a total of 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
No on-call requirement for this position.
Staffing ratios during the day will be approximately 1:5.
Special requirements include experience with Epic Hardstop.
The unit supports a variety of patient diagnoses, including acute care surgery and emergency general surgery.
Candidates should have experience in bariatric surgery, insulin administration, and post-operative care.
Interdisciplinary support services are available, including physical therapy and respiratory services.
Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities as needed.
