Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide high-quality care to surgical, trauma, and other high-acuity patients
- Collaborate effectively with nursing support techs, phlebotomists, and unit secretaries
- Manage patient handoffs with ED nurses and admitting units
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg specialty
- Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
