Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week (Guaranteed)
Job Description:
The MICU RN provides critical care to acutely ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced intensive care environment. The role requires flexibility, strong critical-thinking abilities, and experience working on contract or travel assignments.
Required Qualifications:
Active RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 2+ years of recent MICU experience (travel/contract experience preferred)
Ability to work all scheduled night shifts throughout the 13-week contract
Required Certifications:
BLS
ACLS
Compliance Requirements (must be current):
Background check and drug screen
Immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap)
TB screening
Skills checklist and competency exams
License, employment, and education verification
References and updated resume
Additional Notes:
Every other weekend required
Must commit to the full contract duration
