Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry as needed
- Float to the Telemetry unit when staffing needs require
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – required
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability and willingness to float to Telemetry as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Telemetry setting
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
