Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting telemetry data and responding to changes in patient status
- Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to other units or facilities within scope of practice as needed to meet staffing requirements
Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Current and valid Driver's License or state-issued ID required at time of submission
- Traveler must reside greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility – local candidates are not eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing a 1:4 patient ratio in a fast-paced Med Surg / Tele environment
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation standards
- Willingness to float to other units or affiliated facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed
