Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry (Float Pool)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as part of a float pool assignment
- Float to Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed
- Work every other weekend and be available for holiday coverage, including one of two upcoming major holiday periods
- Deliver care in compliance with facility policies, including potential care for COVID-positive patients
- Complete required pre-start modules prior to the assignment start date
Required Qualifications- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license (no license encumbrances accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC only
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to adhere to a maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
Preferred Experience / Skills- Strong EPIC charting proficiency is heavily preferred
- Prior experience in a float pool or multi-unit setting
- Familiarity with Rehabilitation unit workflows in addition to Medical Surgical and Telemetry
