Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 or 26 weeks) | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and medical-surgical nursing interventions
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using EPIC EMR
- Float to other like units within the facility or nearby facilities in the Upstate region as needed based on census demands
- Complete all required pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials
- Participate in every-other-weekend coverage, with schedule subject to change based on staffing needs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
- Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working as a travel nurse in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry environment
- Familiarity with floating protocols across multiple units or campuses
