Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg / Telemetry ($3,768/Week)
Location: Concord, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks (08/17/2026 – 11/14/2026)
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3x12 | 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $3,768/week (Travel)
Candidate Type: Local & Travel Accepted (Local pay is $8/hour less than travel rate)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult MedSurg and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.
