Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,700 to $2,800 per week in Murfreesboro, TN

Minimum 1 year of experience required in Hospital Settings

Population Served: Cardiac and Neuro Stepdown

• Cardiac bedside monitoring

• Cardiac drips

• TR bands

• Post–heart cath patients

• Stroke/Neuro patients

• BIPAP overflows

Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18–60+)

Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:6

Core Staffing Plan:
Variable staffing grid that includes:

• Registered Nurses (RNs)

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)

• Nurse Interns (NIs)

An RN assumes full responsibility for patient care within each team.

Required Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Floating Between Units/Facilities:
Travelers may be required to float to other units or facilities within a 35-mile radius based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will be notified prior to the start of their scheduled shift if a float assignment is necessary.
