Role Overview

Provide care for post-surgical orthopedic patients
Manage telemetry patients in a fast-paced setting
Optimize patient recovery based on surgeon preferences
Follow established order sets and clinical protocols
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced healthcare team

Requirements

Active Indiana RN license
BLS & ACLS required
Minimum 1–2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
