We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a busy Family Medicine Practice in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent patient communication skills, and experience providing comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in a Family Practice/Primary Care setting
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and clinical evaluations
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
- Assist providers with examinations and office procedures
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Coordinate care and communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
- Support quality patient care and clinic workflow operations
