Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry nurse based in Vermont. This position involves working in an adaptive acuity unit with occasional patient care in a progressive care setting. The role requires flexibility to float across inpatient units within scope and adherence to strict procedural protocols.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Vermont Registered Nurse license or Compact, current BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), minimum 2 years of current medical surgical (med surg) and telemetry experience, charge experience, ICUs experience strongly preferred, minimum 3 months previous travel experience required, strong Drip experience with insulin, emolol, and sodium drips, experience with Insulin drips, emolol drips, and sodium drips, experience with progressive care unit (PCU), medical-surgical (MS), and telemetry within the last year, valid vehicle and Vermont address included in profile, all scheduling requests made at time of submission, profile skills checklist for PCU, MS, and telemetry, supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required.
  • Additional Information: Travelers must work non-negotiable charge responsibilities and be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope. All requested time off must be noted in profile; requests after submission may not be approved. No 48-hour guarantee.
