Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,132 to $2,232 per week in Montrose, PA

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00–07:00)
Patient Ratio: Days 1:5, Nights 1:6, Weekends 1:6
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

Endless Mountains Health Systems is seeking a skilled Med-Surg / MS/Telemetry RN to provide high-quality care for a mixed population of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role involves managing telemetry patients, titrating cardiac and insulin drips, and performing advanced nursing interventions in a 25-bed unit.

• Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry and patient vitals.

• Titrate cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem) and insulin drips per protocols.

• Administer medications, subcutaneous insulin, potassium runs, and IV therapy.

• Perform foley catheter insertion and manage patient lines.

• Report abnormal lab values, oxygen saturations, and patient status changes.

• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and social services.

• Serve as charge nurse when required.

• Licensure: Active PA RN License

• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience (first-timers may be considered)

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS; PALS preferred

• Charting System: Meditech required
