Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have Skills/Experience: Travel experience preferred Description: Population primarily consists of adults. 36 or 48-hour guarantees can be accommodated. Housing options available for the position. Candidates must have a background check to clear all criminal and child abuse portions. All background checks must be fully cleared prior to starting. Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult required. A 10-panel drug test including opiates is mandatory. Titers must be from the last 12 months. Candidates can start on Monday or Tuesday. Travel experience is preferred but not required. The unit consists of multiple specialties including internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, and more. The medical staff is highly trained and dedicated to providing individualized care. Collaboration among the healthcare team is key to delivering seamless care to patients. The facility accommodates a wide range of health services including emergency medicine, critical care, and special services. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:6 with support staff available. Candidates will be required to float within a designated radius of the facility. The electronic health record system in use is MediTech. Scrub colors are flexible.
