Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,121 per week in Salem, OR

Documentation will be completed using a computerized charting system. The position requires the nurse to provide care with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-6. The nurse should be willing to float to other units if required. Weekend shifts are required every other week.
