Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (must be obtained prior to start). Must-Have: A recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is required. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. The role requires working night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. All submissions must include accurate start date, scheduling information, and shift details. These details cannot be changed once an offer is made. All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. Applicants must be willing to complete essential assessments during orientation. References must come from a supervisory level and should be from assignments within the past 12 months. Additional assessments during the onboarding process will include ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations. Only candidates with active required certifications and no pending issues will be considered. Candidates who have previous background hits or license issues will not be eligible for submission. Travelers may extend contracts with the facility under specific conditions. Modules are required and completion is necessary for all hired candidates.
