Travel RN – Key Requirements
- Active RN license in the applicable state
- ❤️ BLS certification required
- ADN or ASN required (BSN preferred)
- ✅ New graduates accepted (no prior RN experience required)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hospital systems
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and provide patient/family education
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation
Preferred
- Previous nursing experience
- BSN degree
