Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry in Neptune, New Jersey. This position involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans of care. The RN will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage patient care, and advocate for evidence-based practice standards. The role requires providing patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3 x 12 hours, with every other weekend required and one holiday requirement. No on-call requirement. Floating is required when needed.
• Required Qualifications: ASN degree or higher; RN license valid in New Jersey or a multi-state compact license; BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification; minimum of 2 years prior RN experience in a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) unit within a major acute care hospital setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Required Certifications & Licenses: RN Licensure (State or Multi-State), BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Telemetry Certification, CEU Contact Stroke (4 hours).
• Shift Hours: 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: EMR system used is Epic. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026.
