Description:
The position requires a nurse to provide care for patients with kidney-related conditions.
The unit specializes in both acute and chronic kidney disease management.
Responsibilities include post-hemodialysis care and ongoing peritoneal dialysis.
Nurses will work in a collaborative environment with nephrologists, family practitioners, and hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6, supporting a focused approach to treatment and recovery.
This role is dedicated to guiding patients through every step of their renal care journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
