Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: Required RN licensure in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH Must-Have: MS/Tele experience, IV insertion Description: Providing quality health care to the community for over 60 years. Employs more than 1,000 staff members and 300 physicians. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission. The facility is governed by a local board of trustees. It operates as a Level III Trauma Center. Clinical staff on assignment in Tennessee must undergo specific state checks prior to the start date. Results are required before beginning the assignment. The department provides care to a diverse patient population, serving all ages. The unit offers a combination of medical and surgical care. Equipment includes Omnicell for medication dispensing and utilizes Meditech EHR. Supervision is provided by the Nursing Director. Weekend hours are every other week or as needed, with call requirements on an as-needed basis. A professional demeanor is important for this role.
