RTO BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Every other holiday

MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: Up to 48 hours for 13 week commitment 

GH: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly not an option)

SHIFT: Nights 1900-0730; no call requirements

FLOATING REQUIRED: No

BLOCKED SCHEDULING: Yes, is an option

Every 4th weekend

REQUIREMENTS:

**RN IN licensure

**BLS, ACLS

** PALS preferred

**3 years’ experience preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS: IV starts nursing assessments, telemetry, etc.

PREFERRED SKILLS: ICU drips

EMR: Cerner preferred

SCOPE OF ROLE: Medical Surgical RN Nights - Acute Care with Telemetry, progressive care, and swing

FACILITY SIZE: 40 licensed beds with 10 swing beds included in license

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 20

MONTHLY DEPARTMENT VOLUME: average daily census of 10

PATIENT RATIO: 1 to 6 for acute, 1 to 10 for swing

SCRUB COLOR: Navy blue
