Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current and valid state-issued license required Certifications: BLS, Basic Dysrhythmia, ACLS Must-Have: - Valid driver's license and utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months. - Required to float within scope to meet facility needs. - No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Description: Current and valid driver's license or state-issued ID required. Utility bill in the traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months is required. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. First-time travelers are accepted. Patient ratio experience is required (1:4). Experience with charting in the Epic system is necessary. Previous charge experience is preferred. Travel experience is a plus. Various oncology-specific skills are essential for this position. Candidates must have competencies in administering chemotherapy, managing ports, and recognizing and communicating abnormal lab values. Candidates should be knowledgeable in patient and family education and support. Floating to other areas is required based on department needs. No history of license hits will be accepted. All travelers must have a minimum of one year separation from previous employment. Two supervisory references are required upon submission.
