Description:
Current and valid Driver's License or State issued ID is required.
A utility bill in the Traveler's name with matching address within the last three months is required.
The address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
Years of experience required: 2 Years.
First-timers are accepted.
Floating required to sister facilities.
No locals are accepted.
No pending state licenses are accepted.
A maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Total staffed beds are 24.
Average daily census is 24.
Charting is done using Epic.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Candidates must have no license hits.
Submittals without a valid Driver's License will be rejected.
Documents other than the specified accepted documents will not be accepted.
Any gaps in the traveler's profile (3 months or more) require an explanation in work history.
Travelers must have a minimum of 1 year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission.
All submissions must include 2 supervisory references.
Modules may vary by specialty and require completion during orientation.
Clinical module hours are non-billable.
All candidates must be willing to float.
