Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult inpatients.
- Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care following the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Float to other inpatient units as needed based on staffing and census.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License (NLC).
- AHA BLS certification.
- Clinical competency in inpatient nursing and management of adult patient populations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
