Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
• ASN degree.
• Illinois state RN License in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).

• BSN degree.

• Ensures effective communication with patients and families through hourly rounding, bedside shift reports, and whiteboards.
• Collaborates with critical care teams for ICU lite patients and hospitalists for Advanced Care patients.
