Requirements: MA RN license, BLS, graduate of accredited nursing program
Role: Provide safe, compassionate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
Skills: Clinical judgment, patient assessment, care planning, communication, teamwork, and patient/family education
Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate care, update care plans, follow regulatory standards, support quality improvement, and maintain clinical competency
