**Travel RN – Critical Access Hospital | Montana**
**12-Week Contract | Night Shift (3x12s) | 36 Guaranteed Hours**
Seeking an experienced **Critical Access Hospital Registered Nurse** for a travel assignment providing comprehensive patient care across a wide range of ages and acuity levels. This is a rapid response opportunity for a skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced, rural healthcare environment.
**Requirements:**
* Active Montana RN License
* Minimum 3 years of RN Med surg & ER experience
* Current BLS (American Heart Association)
* Cerner EMR experience preferred
* Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to care for patients across multiple age groups and varying acuity levels
**Assignment Details:**
* 12-week contract
* Night shift (3x12-hour shifts)
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Holiday coverage required
* No on-call
* W-2 employment only (1099 not accepted)
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with varying medical conditions and acuity levels
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Accurately document patient assessments and interventions in Cerner EMR
* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
* Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
* Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
* Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical standards
