Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Augusta, Georgia. The role involves providing direct patient care on a med-surg unit within a well-established hospital environment. Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification; current Georgia RN license; 1+ years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required to like units
• Additional Information:
  • Unit specific policies and guidelines will be provided.
  • The unit has a patient ratio of approximately 1:7 with a staffing team that includes a clinical nurse coordinator, seven nurses, four patient care technicians, and one unlicensed assistive personnel per shift.
  • Documentation is maintained using Meditech.
  • The environment features regular medical equipment suitable for a med-surg setting.
  • Dress code requires a royal blue top and bottom.
  • The unit is equipped with advanced technology and staff who are experienced and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
