Job Summary:
The specialized Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a Medical Surgical Floor in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. This role requires delivering quality patient care within a 40-bed unit, supporting adult patient populations with a variety of common diagnoses and treatments. The position is suited for experienced healthcare professionals committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: Shift Time: Days; Shift Hours: 12; Minimum Hours Per Week: 36
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, 2 years of experience, located within Arkansas or willing to commute, and relevant education as per state licensing requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Medical Surgical setting, strong communication skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Additional Information: This position involves working with adult patients on a Medical Surgical unit, supporting a patient ratio of approximately 1:6, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) with Meditech. Dress code is scrubs in navy color; no unacceptable attire specified. This is a replacement role for permanent staff with one open position available.
