Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in Durant, Oklahoma. This position involves providing patient care on a 2nd and 3rd floor medical-surgical units within a healthcare facility. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/03/2026 for a duration of 13 weeks, with a focus on night shift coverage.
Job Details:
- Position: Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (MS)
- Location: Durant, Oklahoma
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, floating required
- Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (within 6 months of start date), a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and current employment authorization.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong patient communication skills.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves working on a 34-bed Med Surg 2nd floor and 38-bed Med Surg 3rd floor. Scrub color is black, patient ratio is 6:1. No on-call requirement.
