Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee operations for the Outpatient GI Endoscopy Center and Urgent Care. The manager will provide clinical and operational leadership, supervise staff, coordinate patient flow and scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality patient care.

This is a leadership role requiring recent nurse manager experience and familiarity with outpatient endoscopy procedures, moderate sedation, and urgent care operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Endoscopy Center and Urgent Care
Supervise nursing and clinical staff
Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow
Ensure safe delivery of patient care
Oversee staffing and resource allocation
Support quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure appropriate documentation in Epic
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management

Required Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN License (active or conditional)
AHA BLS certification
Prior travel experience
Recent Nurse Manager experience
Two recent manager/supervisor references in a comparable specialty
Current NURSYS verification report
Driver's licence matching demographic information
Specialty skills checklist
Requested time off (RTO) submitted with application

Resource Logistics Inc Job ID #NANC-0144. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
