Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager position is located in Concord, Massachusetts. This leadership role involves overseeing obstetrical nursing operations on the day shift within a healthcare facility. Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing (preferred), minimum five years of obstetrical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills, current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts, and BLS, ACLS, and NRP licenses.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous supervisory or management experience is highly preferred.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assigning personnel, functioning as charge nurse, leading shift huddles, managing staffing schedules and time cards, developing and revising care policies, evaluating staff performance, participating in hiring processes, promoting staff development, supporting quality initiatives, and maintaining patient rights and safety.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
