Tripod Partners USA is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a travel nursing job in Marysville, California.
Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide unit-based leadership within a dynamic acute care environment. Working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
In this leadership role, you will supervise and support nursing and ancillary staff, using professional judgment to coordinate patient care, manage unit operations, and foster a collaborative team environment. You will lead the development of individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families, and monitor the quality and effectiveness of patient care. The position also involves participating in direct patient care when needed, conducting patient rounds, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives to improve the overall patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and demonstrate strong supervisory or leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is required, while a master's degree is preferred. Previous acute care nursing experience, ideally five years or more, is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required, and specialty or nursing administration certifications are considered an advantage.
