Blu MedStaff is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a welcoming skilled nursing community on Evening Shift. This assignment offers the opportunity to care for residents across Long Term Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in Long Term Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living.
Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to providers and family members.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident outcomes.
Supervise and support nursing assistants while promoting a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Respond effectively to resident emergencies and provide clinical leadership during the shift.
Qualifications
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous Long Term Care and/or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
