Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 - $67/hr

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing settings
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor vital signs, wound care, and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

  Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in geriatric nursing and patient-centered care
• Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
• Excellent documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Team collaboration and patient advocacy
