Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting clinical staff performance and development.
The RN Unit Manager will coordinate care delivery, manage unit workflow, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff within the unit
Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care delivery
Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations
Coordinate care planning and interdisciplinary communication
Monitor patient outcomes and quality assurance metrics
Support staff scheduling and workflow management
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in long-term care or supervisory nursing roles preferred
Ability to work weekday daytime shift (07:00 15:30)
