Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Previous Unit Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute experience highly preferred
Current BLS Certification
