Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.
This role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to manage resident care needs and maintain clinical excellence in a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
Document nursing assessments and care provided accurately
Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Support resident safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility policies
Assist with supervision of LPNs and CNAs as needed
