Rehire Eligibility Former Permanent Staff Must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler through Qualivis. If a traveler was previously employed by the facility (perm or travel), contact the AM to confirm rehire eligibility before submission. Floating Expectations RNs may be floated between: Like units Campuses within a 20-mile radius Floating between campuses is rare unless specifically stated in the job posting. Traveler Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience required for all specialties 3+ years preferred Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment Must hold: An active RN license in the state or A compact RN license that complies with the NLC guidelines EPIC experience preferred Education Requirements A BSN is only required for: Le Bonheur Children s Methodist Rheumatology Centralized Staffing Positions (Float Pool) All other positions accept an ADN .
