Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of charge experience preferred License: Must have current state license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must-Have: Charge experience Flexibility with shift hours Description: Flexibility is needed for 5x8 shifts, including 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM. Primary shift is 3 PM to 11 PM, 37.5 hours per week. Expect to work every other weekend. RNs will be expected to take charge as they are typically the only RN on evening shifts. Locals are accepted for this position. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. The facility serves residents of the local rural area. It offers a wide range of medical, surgical, and emergency services, as well as outpatient rehabilitation. Employees should be prepared to float according to facility policies. The facility complies with current standards for proper orientation to new units. Workers are expected to cover some holidays.
