We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Bellaire, Michigan. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with facility standards.
Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate documentation per facility and state guidelines
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
