Bluebix Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager for a 13-week contract assignment in Rochester, New Hampshire. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong clinical and supervisory experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting and mentoring nursing staff.

Position Details
  • Position: Registered Nurse Unit Manager

  • Location: Rochester, NH 03867

  • Duration: 13 Weeks

  • Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

  • Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Weekly Pay: Up to $2,593

  • Weekly Stipend: $1,393 (for eligible travelers)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit

  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulations, and quality standards

  • Coordinate patient care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Monitor clinical outcomes and address patient care concerns

  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Nursing Leadership experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations and patient care standards

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings is highly preferred

  • Current BLS Certification
