Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care - $1,949 per week in Vestal, NY

Candidacy requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing. The facility serves Alzheimer's and dementia patient populations. Travelers will work 5 days per week, with every other weekend required. The nurse will administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Medication passes must be performed accurately and safely. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition is essential. Timely and accurate documentation must be completed. Nursing care provided should be in accordance with facility policies. Nurses will supervise certified nursing assistants on assigned units. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. A personable and professional demeanor is necessary for effective interaction. Flexibility with scheduling needs is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
