As a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care, you will provide both direct and indirect care to residents in a supportive environment. Your role will involve collaborating with a team to ensure the well-being of patients, particularly those with Alzheimer's and other long-term needs. You will engage in therapeutic communication and provide skilled nursing services, including IV therapy and wound care, to enhance the quality of life for residents.
