Facility is a state-run Long-Term Care Center.
The facility includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care.
Shifts are 8 hours, 5 days per week, with every other weekend required.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:18-20.
Nurses will provide care to patients, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions is essential.
Timely and accurate documentation is required.
Nurses will supervise CNAs on assigned units.
Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
