Job Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term, local contract assignment. This assignment involves providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, working collaboratively with other healthcare staff to maintain high-quality care.

Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Coordinate care with other nurses, CNAs, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety protocols
• Provide emotional support and patient education
• Report any changes in patient condition promptly to appropriate staff
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient transitions

• Current and valid RN license in New Mexico
• Local candidates only
• Ability to work long shifts and flexible schedule
• State or federally issued identification required for facility access
