Job Overview
We are seeking two Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) unit within an acute care hospital setting. The RN will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care while delivering safe, compassionate, evidence-based treatment to patients across the lifespan.
The successful candidates will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, promote positive outcomes, and maintain the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an acute care environment
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 90 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 90 days of hire
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
National Certification in a nursing specialty area
Previous Medical-Surgical or Acute Care experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
