Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN - Unit Manager for a travel contract assignment. The Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations within an assigned unit while ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff leadership in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned nursing unit
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
- Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality assurance standards
- Respond to patient care concerns and assist with complex clinical situations
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required by the facility)
- Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality patient care

Assignment Notes:
- Mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks
- No more than 2 call-outs and no NCNS to remain eligible for the completion bonus
- ASAP starts available
Compensation
Pay Rate:$53.40 $62.30 per hour
