Job Summary:
A Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within a long-term care facility, adhering to established clinical protocols and ensuring patient-centered care. The position requires the ability to work day shifts and operate efficiently within a schedule of 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina
• Shift Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, at least 3 years of experience in long-term or acute care settings, West Virginia or North Carolina state licensure, and active certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a long-term acute care facility; certifications such as TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), or NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) are advantageous.
• Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering treatments in accordance with facility policies and healthcare standards. No float rotation is required for this position.
